Processing Time

Each crystal piece is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared by our studio team before shipment. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.

For custom crystal grids and personalized creations, additional processing time may be required depending on the complexity of the design. We will keep you informed throughout the creation process.

Shipping Time

We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Most international orders arrive within 7–12 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, weather conditions, and local carrier delays.

Tracking Information

Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after your package leaves our studio. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, shipping updates and delivery timelines are managed by the shipping provider.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Gillian's Bliss Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import fees.

If a package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges, we are unable to provide a refund for the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully package every crystal piece to ensure it arrives safely. However, once an order has been shipped, the package is handled by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged packaging and item. Our team will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.

For packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received, please first contact your local shipping provider for further assistance.
